What are you doing with your mid night hours my friends? Are we praying? are we weary? are we resting? are we sleeping? are we thanking God we are in the land of the living? are we singing God praises? Are we lifting our voices with prayers and supplication? You know I post this scripture not to get in the normal conversations many entertain. I am baptized in the name of Jesus for the remissions of sins and truth be told I am so thankful I did this!! ❤
Many will argue this and I pray you guys see the letter for what it is. To the person seeking truth I pray you read the Word. I got baptized before I read and truth be told I am thankful I did!!! but I also prayed as a kid. I saw those prayers answered also. Then again I was sprinkled as a kid. God knows us before we are born. and before you make a decision about whether we get baptized or not. I pray many take it straight to the Word. and do what your own minds and conscience tells you. That is just my advice. Written for growth don’t get caught up in arguments about it. Read your bible pray on it. It is written about in New testament. Mostly Matthew, Mark, Luke John, and Acts.
I pray God call many out of fighting and into the TRUTH! That is my prayers and no conversation about traditions, nor religions, and what not are going to change me. Again I am glad I was baptized. Because truth be told if I read first, I WOULD STILL GET BAPTIZED AND THAT IS TRUTH! God bless us and I pray God help many of us just start reading the Word. Let pastors teach you. (IF YOU HAVE TOO, IT CAN HELP IT YOU HAVE GOOD ONES!) Honor God. Go to church. But hey seriously it is not your pastors job to feed you.
what we ought to be eating daily. Just written for growth not for arguments sake. Have a blessed Wonderful day friends! What are we doing in our midnight hour? I just love how they prayed at midnight!! ❤ With or without baptism, with out change and new creation it is just traditions my friends. Words to consider! Shalom dear people!
Acts 16:25-34 King James Version (KJV)
25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.
27 And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled.
28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.
29 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas,
30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house.
33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway.
34 And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house.
